Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-01. Effective date: September 1, 2026.

These operational terms describe the current Kiriyar production implementation. Owner and professional legal review are still required before monetization, advertising, or broader legal-policy finalization.

These terms do not identify a legal entity, corporate status, business address, governing law, jurisdiction, arbitration process, refund policy, payment processor, or certified legal approval. Those decisions remain owner-controlled.

Kiriyar is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

Kiriyar does not currently collect date of birth, perform technical age verification, or provide a parental-consent workflow.

Kiriyar currently provides browser-local tools for practical everyday tasks.

The current 57-tool catalog includes text, developer, data, color, image, and utility tools that are designed to run in the browser without sending tool contents to Kiriyar servers for processing.

Where authenticated functionality is available or accessed, additional account-related provisions in these terms may apply.

If account creation is available, creating an account requires agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shown at sign-up.

Users are responsible for using accurate account information and maintaining the security of their credentials.

Account access is managed through Better Auth. Kiriyar will never ask users to disclose passwords outside the intended authentication and account-security forms.

Users should sign out of shared devices and report suspicious account behavior to support@kiriyar.com.

Users must not use Kiriyar for unlawful, abusive, harmful, exploitative, or unauthorized activity.

Users must not attempt to bypass authentication, disrupt the service, probe private infrastructure, abuse account flows, or submit content they are not permitted to process.

Browser-local tools are provided for practical utility. Users are responsible for reviewing generated or transformed output before relying on it.

Users remain responsible for the content they enter into tools, including ensuring they have the right to process or transform it.

Kiriyar is provided without a current uptime guarantee, service-level agreement, or paid support commitment.

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or owner-controlled operational work.

Where authenticated account functionality is available or applicable, Kiriyar may restrict or remove access in response to abuse, security risk, operational need, or legal requirement after appropriate owner review.

Where authenticated account access is available, email/password users can request self-service account deletion from the account area after current-password confirmation, exact phrase confirmation, and explicit acknowledgement.

Deletion removes applicable live account/authentication data according to the current implementation. Security, operational, provider, and future backup records may remain where reasonably necessary for security, abuse or fraud prevention, reliability, recovery, or applicable legal/compliance obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid subscriptions, billing checkout, invoices, refunds, customer portals, and payment-provider integrations are not active.

Kiriyar is currently offered without active paid subscriptions or payment collection. Future paid features may be introduced only after separate owner approval, provider integration, pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and legal review.

Advertising is not active. Any future advertising placement requires separate owner approval, provider/model selection, privacy/legal review, consent/storage/tracking review, and clear user-facing distinction from Kiriyar tool UI before launch.

Kiriyar application code, design, branding, and documentation belong to their respective owner unless a separate license or agreement says otherwise.

Users retain responsibility for content they enter into browser-local tools and for output they choose to copy, download, or use elsewhere.

Kiriyar makes no current warranty that tool output is complete, accurate, secure for every use case, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation language in these draft terms requires owner/legal review before public launch and should not be treated as final legal advice.

These terms may change as Kiriyar adds approved providers, paid features, advertising, account flows, or operational controls.

Kiriyar may provide notice of changes and may require explicit consent or re-acceptance where a future change or applicable requirement makes that necessary. No universal re-consent system is implemented in this phase.
